Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a professional manufacturer for Weight Lifting items, such as weight plate, dumbbell, kettlebell etc. Also, we have a trading department to help clients purchase other fitness items.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory address is 8F, NO.2 Building Park, No.388 Yongxing Road, Nantong city, Jiangsu Province. It is close to Shanghai, about the same distance from Guangzhou and Beijing. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q: Can you customize the products (make products with our brand)?
A: Yes, we can customize the products according to your requirements, including material, color, logo design, package, etc. We welcome cooperation as an OEM service.
Q: What should I provide to you if I want to do my own design?
A: For printing design, we need an AI or PDF file to set up the print-plate. We will make a mock-up photo to send you for print details approval, including color, size, and position before real sample making. The more information provided, the better. If you can't, at least provide HD multi-angle pictures and product application display.
